Move from Shut Down and Scared to Opened Up and Optimistic

This is a time when many people are feeling scared.  There's so much chaos and uncertainty- in the economy, the job market, the environment -and maybe that's having spillover effects into your personal life.  Especially your job- it may be uncertain or you might even be looking for a new job.

Some people, in tough times, actually find the silver lining in all the apparent negativity.
What are they doing that you can do?  What if you could generate optimism and inspiration in the midst of what seems like tough times?

This presentation will help you get hands-on practice with some of the leading tools for staying positive and motivated, so that you oo, can generate positive options for yourself.  These tools come from the realm of mind-body science, so they help you tap into wisdom that you might otherwise ignore.

Join AWM member Dr. Susan Bernstein for an engaging session where you'll learn how to use your embodied intelligence, which is the domain of our greatest potential.  You'll link your left-brain logic with your right-brain creativity, and discover how to move out of fear and into resilience and greater clarity.

Susan will share her innovative research on making major career and life transitions. She’ll teach you how to use your inner wisdom – in addition to intellect – to empower a positive transition from within. You really do have all the resources you need to make very successful changes in the midst of all this uncertainty.  And the wisdom is right inside of you, waiting to be tapped.
