The Association of Women MBAs (AWM) is a professional organization in the San Francisco Bay Area with a national network through an affiliation with NAWMBA. Our mission is to promote women in business through a strong professional, social and volunteer network.
AWM started with two friends organizing a happy hour and inviting "a few friends" who also had MBAs.
AWM provides opportunities for professional and personal growth among a network of women MBAs.

"The programs offered appeal to me on a professional development level as well as a personal development level (e.g., mentoring women applying to b-school). Whenever I've spent time with the women in AWM, I also feel like I've got a good professional women's support network. "
"The members have fascinating backgrounds and such diverse interests - from self-sufficient gardening to mountaineering. I always find something new and interesting to learn from other members at AWM events."
